Very close to rue des Archives, rue Charlot, rue de Bretagne : in one of the trendiest areas in Paris : many creators around (fashion designers, etc..), the most experienced French movie director lives just 2 blocks away, etc...,

near rue de Bretagne's markets (Enfants Rouges) and food shops, near rue de Poitou and rue Vieille du Temple with their art galleries, minutes away, by foot, from Picasso Museum, the wonderful Place des Vosges, and the colorful and rich Centre Georges Pompidou.

Close to rue de Turenne and bus line 96, which goes to many nice places in Paris (Place des Vosges, St Paul area, Hotel de Ville (central City Hall), Notre-Dame, Quartier Latin, Montparnasse, also now trendy and popular Oberkampf and Ménilmontant areas)

Next metro stops are Temple and Republique, north of the flat, and Rambuteau, near Centre Pompidou.Going by foot, down rue de Turenne to Place des Vosges, or rue Vieille du Temple or rue des Archives to the Seine river, usually takes no more than 10 to 20 minutes


THE APARTMENT
Artsy furnished 2 bedroom flat, with colorful painting and modern (often home made) furniture.

The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed with linen and pillows.
The second bedroom now offers a sofa-bed and large cupboards
The living room has a sofa, a spacious dining table, contemporary furniture (made by the landlord himself) bringing together traditional materials (marble, glass, metal) and more modern ones (carbon fibre), and other decor items.
Numerous books are gathered on the shelves, with the stereo equipment and a few music CDs.

The tiled bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower, a wash basin with mirror. The walls and the floor are covered with white tiles.
The washing machine, and a separate dryer on top, are also in the bathroom.
Bath towels are supplied.
The kitchen offers a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, 4 electrical burners, a kettle, etc… and a fairly complete set of kitchenware and tableware. Towels are supplied.
